One nit-picky thing, is "sublation of citizens" the best phrasing?
Also, be sure to say exactly why the tyranny of the majority can't be eradicated through the marketplace of ideas. Are there any other ways to make the tyranny completely go away, or is the marketplace of ideas the best possibility? In what cultures and situations would the marketplace of ideas work the best?
